Project Approval(2016)

In order to solve the problems of solvent and toxic impurities residue in the chemical synthesis production of ergotamine, as well as the high cost disadvantage of mushroom extraction method, and to benefit more beauty lovers and young people who want to maintain their health, we have established a research and development team to start tackling the green fermentation of ergotamine

Technical Research and Development(2016-2020)

After five years and the previous experiments. We have made continuous breakthroughs in four aspects: strain screening, fermentation scheme combination, fermentation process optimization, and purification process improvement. With green fermentation technology, we have stably produced the world's highest quality ergothionein with a quality of up to 99.9%

Scale Production(2021)

The establishment of a complete set of automated 200L fermentation equipment has achieved stable production of ergothionein, with product quality reaching over 99.9% purity, optical rotation+125 °, and total heavy metal ions below 10PPM. Modern biotechnology is used throughout the entire process to achieve truly green production of ergothionein
